Most hashtag#AI systems break for a very simple reason.
Overcomplication disguised as simplicity.
I see this all the time.
hashtag#Stacking logic on top of logic to make things “clean.”
But all it does is make the system harder to maintain.
The real art isn’t avoiding complexity.
It’s understanding it…
and simplifying the actions.

Why?

That’s it.
Then I use that output to drive everything else.

No constant fixing.
But most people do the opposite.
They try to make the hashtag#agent “smart.”
More rules.
More conditions.
More edge cases.
Now the system is fragile.
Every change breaks something.
Or worse…
It fails silently.
So they keep tweaking…
and tweaking…
and tweaking.
The problem isn’t the tool.
It’s the design.
Keep the process complex if it needs to be.
But keep the hashtag#actions hashtag#simple.
That’s how systems scale.
